MasterFeeds Rx Roughage Pellets provide a high-fiber feed option, commonly used to extend hay supplies or as a substitute when hay is limited. They are especially beneficial for horses that have difficulty eating hay due to dental issues, such as older horses. These pellets contain a reduced amount of vitamins and minerals, making them safe to feed in large quantities as a full hay replacement if necessary. However, it is recommended to offer some long-stem hay alongside the pellets whenever possible.
Also a great feed for pet mini pigs who do not need the high fat content of Hog Grower feed
